Norpex reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your use of our website is at your sole risk. All products are produced on demand through our print partner and may have slight variations.

PRODUCTS

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

PRICING

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Norpex reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

PRINT ON DEMAND

All Norpex products are printed on demand. Slight variations in color, placement, or texture may occur between orders. These variations are inherent to the print-on-demand process and do not constitute a defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on norpexltd.com, including designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Norpex and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Norpex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
