Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time

Canada & USA: 3–8 business days after dispatch
International: 7–20 business days after dispatch
Total estimated: 7–14 business days for Canada and the USA.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Delays

Norpex is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it.
